Shipping and Returns
In stock items ship within 24 hours. All other items generally ship within 5 to 10 business days.Once your product ships it should arrive in the amount of time you choose in your shipping options at checkout.
Lifestyle – clothing items (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, jackets…), mugs, artwork:
We print on-demand, which means that when you order, your product gets printed instead of being picked from an inventory. Your order goes directly to our printer who picks your product, prints it, checks it for quality, and ships it to you. The printing and fulfillment process can take anywhere from 2-7 days. Once your product ships it should arrive in the amount of time you choose in your shipping options at checkout.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Submit claims to info@UralPittsburgh.com.
Our policy lasts 30 days *excluding lifestyle clothing, mugs, artwork and any item marked **special order or ***sale items.
Please email email@example.com before returning any item. Once we grant your return, item returns must be received back to us within the 7 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items eligible for a return, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense. Submit claim to info@UralPittsburgh.com.
**Special Order items
Special order items are exempt from being returned / refunded. All sales are final. Special Order items are noted in item descriptions.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sales are final.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, when available.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be included with your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will give you the address upon approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
